Classes & Schedule

When do classes start?
Fall classes begin the week of Sept. 21-25. (Aussie Kids Golf starts Aug. 31 and Peach Pit starts Sept. 3.)

How long is a session?
Most classes run a 6-week session. Off-site classes may follow a different schedule, so check the dates listed for each class.

Where can I find class descriptions, dates, and what my child needs to bring?
All of that is in the catalog, which you can find on our website under Programs, After-School Programming.

How will I know what my child is doing in class?
Based on parent feedback, each class will either share weekly updates or host a parent showcase at the end of the session, so you can see what your child has been working on.

How do I confirm my child got a spot?
Log into CampBrain and choose "View Registration Details." If your registration is accepted, you'll see "Registered" in green next to the class.

What if a class is full?
We'll add your child to the waitlist and let you know as soon as a spot opens.

What if a class doesn't fill?
If a class doesn't meet minimum enrollment, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Once you're registered, there are no cancellations or refunds. We may be able to move your child to a different class during the first week only - after that, rosters are final.

What about missed classes?
We're not able to offer make-ups or refunds for missed sessions.

Can I get a receipt?
Yes. You can print receipts anytime from CampBrain under "Financial." Receipts include the school's tax ID number.
