Georgia Jr. One-Act Festival

St. Martin’s Drama Department Scores Big! 
After months of rehearsals, Mrs. McKerley and her team of 36 thespians traveled to Vidalia, GA last weekend for the Georgia Jr. One-Act Festival. The group performed a 45-minute version of William Shakespeare’s “As You Like It” - and the judges really liked it!

After a spectacular performance with three superior scores of 99, 98 and 96, the group placed second overall. And three individuals came home with award hardware. Seventh-grader Hanson Berg won Best Actress, while eighth-grader Amay Cholia and seventh-grader Natalia Parra were given the honor of All-Star Cast.
