2023-24 Fee Overview - Policy

There are many options for enrollment for the semester.:

You can choose from 1 to 5 days of care.
These days must be static, no floating days.
Kindergarten students have the option of attending:
- From 2:50 pm dismissal until 6:00 pm.
- From 2:50 pm dismissal, then being escorted by Explorers at no additional charge to the 3:15 pm mixed carpool, then to the bus and/or walker area.
1st through 8th grade
- We do not have a carpool option with Explorers, but students can be picked up from the main school entrance while in our care from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. After 4:00 pm, all dismissals are from the EC entrance.

Registration for the fall semester is due by July 1. This allows us to schedule and staff for the coming year.

Registration for the spring semester will remain the same as for the fall unless changes are made to your registration form in December before the Christmas holiday. New enrollments will be accepted at the time.

Explorers ends at 6:00 pm.

There is a LATE FEE of $5 per minute per child for all pick-ups after 6:00 pm.
Parents will be billed for this charge by the business office.
Parents are asked to call the Explorers cell phone, 404-421-7697, to let us know if they will be running late. This number is only answered after 3:00 pm. Please save the number for future use.

Explorers Fees:

All Fees are per semester. See below for specific amounts.
You will receive a bill from the business office and remit payment to that office.
Explorers personnel do not accept payments.

2023-24 After Care - Fee Schedule (Toddler, Beginner & Pre-K)

Explorers aftercare uses a block billing structure. The fees listed below are for one semester of care

For semester enrollment for Explorers after care (billed in September and February):

Toddlers, Beginners and Pre-K

1:15 - 3:15 pm (includes 1 snack daily at 3 pm)

5 Days - $720
4 Days - $600
3 Days - $480
2 Days - $360
1 Day - $240

1:15 - 6 pm (includes 1 snack daily at 3 pm)

5 Days - $2,150
4 Days - $1,750
3 Days - $1,340
2 Days - $940
1 Day - $530

How to obtain receipts for taxes and Dependent Care Reimbursement

If you have a Dependent Care Reimbursement plan and need a receipt for summer camp, enrichment classes and/or Explorers after care, please find the session you need by following the procedures listed below.

Log into your FACTS account and choose the option to View Details.
Choose View Payment Summary.
Select the year 202X in the drop down and click Print. Note our Federal Tax ID prints in the top right corner of the report. Federal Tax ID: 58-1495174
Alternatively, to print only Explorers information, select Transactions and use the drop down boxes to filter the specific Explorers information desired. This will show the Dates in Service (these are also on the invoice you are sent from the FACTS system).

For Summer Camp, Holiday Camp or Enrichment Receipts:

Log in to the account used to register for Enrichment classes, holiday camp or summer camp.
After logging in, click the red button with the wording "View Registration Details"
On the next page find the section on the right titled "Financial" and click the hyperlink that reads "Download Printable Season Account Statement"
