  • Tours and Events

    We invite you to join us for an upcoming admissions event. We offer Early Childhood, Elementary, Kairos and Middle School tours for small groups, as well as Open House Previews for families.  If you have not yet created an account in Ravenna, you will need to do so before registration.  Please visit Ravenna and "explore" St. Martin's to register for any event. You will also log into your Ravenna Hub account to submit forms and manage your application.

    Campus Tours (On Campus)
    October - February
    Campus tours are a great way to experience St. Martin's. We offer small group tours for Early Childhood, Elementary School, Middle School and ones for families interested in the Kairos Learning Center. Registration is required in Ravenna on the School Directory page under St. Martin's Upcoming Events tab. Masks are currently required indoors for all attendees.

    Children are welcome to attend all events!
    St. Martin's will host three on-campus preview events in January to showcase our unique preschool through 8th grade experience.  Hear from our Head of School, tour the campus and learn about curriculum highlights and unique opportunities for students in the classroom and beyond. Masks are currently required indoors for all attendees. 

    In order to register, or simply explore our admissions events, you will first need to create an account for your child/children in Ravenna.

    St. Martin’s opened a second campus in 2021, a few short miles from its Ashford Dunwoody campus, as a response to the growing demand for space for early learners. Parents interested in seeing the High Point campus and learning more about the Toddler (2-year-old) class are invited to attend an Open House event to tour and meet the program director. Masks are currently required indoors for all attendees. 

    This event is for parents interested in the Toddler class for the 2022-23 school year. The Toddler class is for children born prior to September 1, 2020

  • Submit an Application

    For your convenience, our admission process is online and hosted by Ravenna Solutions, a user-friendly, accessible program that will take you from inquiry to a complete admission file.

    Please complete and submit the following items:
    • Shared Application Form in Ravenna
    • Authority to release school records
    • $75 application fee
    Application deadlines for the 2022-23 school year:
    • February 14, 2022 for Kindergarten - 8th grade
    • Rolling deadline for Toddler 2s, Beginner 3s, Pre-K
    Please submit the following items to complete your child's application:
    • Parent Questionnaire
    • Teacher / Principal recommendation forms (Beginner - 8)
    • Current school reports and standardized testing (1-8)
    • Joint Admission Testing Program JATP (K-5) Evaluation or SSAT (6-8) testing report
  • Schedule Outside Testing (Rising K-8th Only)

    • JATP for K-5th (Joint Admissions Testing Program) Families must schedule appointments individually with one of the JATP member psychologists after submitting the testing application. For more information about the JATP, please visit the web site at
    • SSAT for 6th-8th (Secondary School Admission Test) Families may register online at The SSAT school code for St. Martin's is 6735. You will need to enter our school name (St. Martin's), not just the school code.
      *For the 2021-22 admission season, St. Martin's will accept recent psycho-educational or JATP testing as well as the ISEE in place of the SSAT*
  • Small Group Testing and Observation

    Toddler 2s - 8th grade observations and testing:

    All applicants (2s-8th grade) are required to participate in a small group observation at St. Martin’s in January and February. 
    Observation dates are as follows:
    • January 8, 2022 - Toddler, Beginner & Pre-K applicants only - POSTPONED (registered applicants will be contacted by the admission office to reschedule)
    • January 29, 2022 - Toddler - 8 applicants
    • February 12, 2022 - K - 8 applicants only 
    Early Childhood (Toddler, Beg, PK, K) observations will be scheduled between 10:30 a.m. and noon and will last between 30 - 90 minutes, depending upon grade level.

    All Elementary (1st-5th) observations will begin at 10:30 a.m. and end at 12:00 (grades 1 - 3) and 12:15 p.m. (grades 4-5).

    Middle School (6th - 8th) group interviews will begin at 11:00 a.m. and end at 1:00 p.m.

    You will be able to select your child's observation date and time in Ravenna once you have submitted an application.
  • Notification of Decisions

    Notification dates for Kindergarten - 8th grade applicants:

    Electronic notifications will be sent on Saturday, April 2, 2022, after 8 a.m.  Replies accepting or declining an offer of admission must be received by Thursday, April 14, 2022.

    Notification for Toddler - Pre-K applicants:

    February 1, 2022 for all completed applicant files with a response date of February 8, 2022

    Toddler, Beginner and Pre-K applications completed after February 1, 2022 will be notified on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled.

A Better Chance - Application Process
St. Martin's Episcopal School is a proud member of the A Better Chance organization. We look forward to assisting your family through the admission process and encourage you to learn more about our school.

Students referred to St. Martin's through the A Better Chance organization are notified in November.  Once referred, we encourage you to submit an application to St. Martin's through your
Ravenna account. If you wish to visit St. Martin's before the referral process is complete, please create a Ravenna account and check back in a few weeks for more information regarding campus visits. We will continue to evaluate our ability to safely welcome visitors to campus and will update the website accordingly.
